At Nero Bianco, we aim to provide you with your beautiful products as soon as possible. We know how exciting it is to receive beautiful new items for your home! All of our candles, wax melts and diffusers are hand poured in Warwickshire in the UK, sometimes this might mean delivery may take a little longer than expected whilst we fulfil our orders, we pride ourselves on customer service and quality of product.
If any issue arises, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will resolve as quickly as possible - our business loves its customers and you are important to us!
Shipping is calculated at checkout. As our Candles, Wax Melts and Diffusers are hand made please allow 3-7 working days for these to be made and then despatched. We will ensure your beautiful products are on their way to you as soon as possible.

Your products are sent with Royal Mail tracked or second class, unless otherwise chosen and paid for.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product you’ve received, we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the item, provided this is returned in perfect condition, unused, with original packaging - undamaged, please email us to discuss your reasons for wanting the return. We are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping, we do recommend a tracked or signed for return, to give you peace of mind when this has been received. Lost or Damaged Items
All of our items are packaged carefully and well protected when shipped. In some instances during shipping items can be lost or damaged, which is completely out of our hands.
If your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us via our email with your order number, name and images of the products, as soon as you receive the order. We will then reply to you with options.
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. If in the event that your products do not arrive 10 days after shipping confirmation please contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
