The Nero Bianco Story

Our Beginning
In 2020, as the world slowed, our founder Kelly - a beauty therapist since 2011 - began hand pouring candles from her kitchen after her two beauty salons 'Heaven Sent' temporarily closed.
What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more - a brand built on atmosphere, intention and the art of slow living.
A Family Foundation
As demand grew and the salons reopened, Kelly’s mum, Ann, stepped in to support the business - ensuring each candle continued to be made with care.
When Nero Bianco opened its first store in July 2024, Ann left her career of 25 years to join the brand full time. Today, she remains an integral part of Nero Bianco - a reflection of the family foundation behind everything we create.
Growing the Brand
Nero Bianco first found its home within Heaven Sent, where it was introduced to clients who already trusted Kelly’s attention to detail and eye for quality.
In July 2024, the brand opened its first store in the heart of Lichfield - a space designed to experience fragrance, not just shop it. Carefully curated to feel calm, elevated and considered, the store offers more than products - it offers a moment.
It has quickly become a destination for those seeking luxury home fragrance - somewhere to pause, explore and immerse yourself in scent. A space where customers don’t just browse, but connect with the brand, the process and the feeling Nero Bianco creates.
This was followed by the opening of a dedicated workshop studio in August 2025 - inviting customers to create their own candles and step into the process behind the brand.
Today
Every candle is still hand poured using our signature coconut and rapeseed wax blend.
Each scent is created to evoke a feeling - from slow mornings to warm evenings and moments that linger long after they pass.
Nero Bianco is more than fragrance.
It is atmosphere, memory and emotion.
